How to create an event with HBS

This article relates to Chairpersons, organizing the seminars.

Please be advised that the Chairperson must be a certified AO Faculty [Faculty Education Program—FEP certificate] and will be the point of contact for the organization.

AO Hospital Based Seminars modules are high-quality case-based training units that provide materials for your intra-departmental training event. They enable you to set up and run such events, and to successfully teach your team and meet their learning needs.

 Instructions

Please find here the instructions on how to plan your seminar:

  1. Go to the HBS Web-Application: hbs.aofoundation.org, log in (AO faculty permission is needed) and click the button Set up an AO Hospital Based Seminar:

  2. Select the module:

    and fill in the form with all the host & event details required in the form beyond.

Insert all the information about the activity you would like to organize. All the box mark with * are mandatory. Please, pay attention to the information filled. They will be used to promote the activity.
