How to register to a hospital based seminar

If you have been invited to an AO HBS event and experience issues finalizing your registration, this guide might help you.
Instructions
Open the link shared with you via e-mail, WhatsApp or similar by the course chair.
It must be the URL with the Token to the course → for example: https://hbs.aofoundation.org/welcome.html?tk=*************
If you use hbs.aofoundation.org; you are going to receive the message “access/permission denied”
If you are already registered with the AO Foundation, please click register for an AO Hospital Based Seminar and proceed with the log in:
If you have not yet an AO User, please create a new AO account. You may find here further instructions: How do I register for a new AO account?
Fill in the registration mask and indicate whether you attend as participant, faculty or co-chairperson.
You will be redirected automatically to the courses Dashboard, where you can find the event information, the registration link to share with your colleagues, attendees and contributors list as well as the pre-reading files to download and videos to watch
Depending on your Role, you’ll have different files available. As a Co-Chairperson, you must be assigned the AO faculty permission.
