How to change my certificate and/or badge name

  1. Please log in to your AO Profile.

  2. Select Profile and Edit my profile

  3. Click on the Edit Profile Button and go to the Education Information section and change the field Name displayed on Certificates and/or Name displayed on Event Badge

  4. Once you change the name here, it’ll be updated for all past and upcoming courses.
