How to register for an Event (with a voucher)

  1. Go to the Event you are interested by.

  2. Click on the “Register now” button on the right of the page.

  1. Select the “Use a voucher code” option.

  1. You need to enter your Voucher Code and agree to share some information with the sponsor of your voucher.

  1. Click “Next”

  2. You then see a summary of the ticket you have access to with your voucher.

  1. Click “Next”

  2. To continue, you need to accept the Terms and Conditions.

  1. Click “Next”

  2. Fill in the name you want displayed on your badge and the name you want to have on the course certificate. you can also add an additional comment.

    1. Note: If you participated to other AO courses in the past, the badge name and certificate name will already be pre-filled in with the information entered in the past. You can update those information directly on that page.

  3. Click “Next”

  4. For the payment method, you can choose between direct payment or invoice (attention: invoice payment is not always available).

  1. Click “Next”

  2. You will be redirected to our payment platform to proceed with the checkout.
