How to download my payment receipt or invoice

  1. Go to the Dashboard

  2. Select Engagements and My events

  3. Select your corresponding event.

  4. If your event already took place, please click on the little arrow behind my My upcoming events and select my past events.

  5. On the event page, scroll down and click on View Receipt

  6. Wait for the receipt to load. Once loaded, please click on Download PDF
