Please be advised that the Chairperson must be a certified AO Faculty [Faculty Education Program—FEP certificate] and will be the point of contact for the organization.
To have the correct access, also the Co-Chairperson needs the AO Faculty assignment.
The dashboard gives you full control of AO Hospital Based Seminars event organization.

Go to your event Dash board. Use the links distributed via e-mail:
Scroll to the event information and click the Edit button:
Change the information and click the Update button:
How to invite participants to my HBS event
Scroll to the Participant registration in your Seminar Dashboard:
Please make sure to distribute the correct link with all the participants! It must be the URL with the Token to the course → from the example above: https://hbs.aofoundation.org/welcome.html?tk=a76QARp4occVc
If they use hbs.aofoundation.org; they will receive the message “access/permission denied”
