How to update your application
Please visit the AO Website & Login
Go to your Dashboard
Select Engagements and My Applications
Click on your name. Alternatively, you could click on the link in the email.
Click Edit Application and edit & upload the information according to the email.
To add the Code of Ethics and Conduct form: Download the Code of Ethics and Conduct form, sign it & Upload it.
How to update your Officer Disclosures in the “Conflict of Interest declaration (COI)”
Please visit the AO Website & Login
Open this link.
If you have additional or new disclosures, please click on New officer disclosure
Complete the required fields and click Confirm.
Please add all your disclosures. Once done, please tick the box and submit confirmation
