In order to cancel your membership, please follow the upcoming steps.

Log in to AO Dashboard. On the left of the page header, hover over Profile and select My Memberships. On the next page, click Manage
...
Enter your email address on the next page and check your inbox.
Click the link in the email that we have sent to you which will lead you to your membership plan and payment information.
Click Cancel plan to cancel your membership.
