How to close my AO In Hospital Event

If you had your AO In Hospital Event, you will be requested to take action in order to close it. You will have the open action item visible in your user dashboard on AO User Dashboard.

And additionally you will have gotten an e-mail request.

In order to close the event, please follow the following steps:

1. Open the event dashboard by clicking the link in your dashboard or in the e-mail.

2. Click the Close Event button:

3. Fill in the Evaluation with your feedback, allowing us to use it to improve the package, and confirm the attendance of Contributors and Participants:

After completing these steps you can see the status is changed to closed and you will not have anymore an open item. Anyway you will still be able to access the Evaluation Reports when accessing the event via My In Hospital Events:
