Voucher Handling: Companies (Hospitals or Sponsors) paying registration fee for course participants

If you want to sponsor/cover the course fee for one or multiple participants, please follow the below process:

  1. If your company is requesting vouchers for the first time, please provide our event management team (aoges.emea@aofoundation.org) the following information, so we can block seats for you:

    • Company Name

    • Street & Street Number

    • Zip Code

    • City

    • Country

    • Website URL

    • Phone number

    • Email

  1. Important: The person requesting the vouchers needs to own a free AO account. If you do not have one yet, please set it up following this guideline: How do I register for a new AO account? Please note that the account needs to state your name as a contact person, not the legal entity or the name of the surgeon(s) you want to sponsor.

  2. Please send the details to our event management team via aoges.emea@aofoundation.org

  3. Assuming there are enough seats available, the according event organizer will send you a voucher request form. Please complete the form and return it.

  4. The event organizer will then reserve the seats and send you a link to complete your order. Please log in to your AO account and open the link.

  5. Double check your order and click Proceed

  7. Double check the Order Summary & confirm it by clicking Next

  8. You will receive a confirmation email containing the invoice. All our invoices are due upon receipt. Please pay the invoice immediately.

  9. Once we receive the payment, you will receive an email with the voucher code(s).

  10. Please send the voucher code(s) to your surgeon(s) and ask them to register via the regular course website by choosing the ticket option “Use a voucher code”.

12.  Important: The surgeon(s) need(s) to register with their own AO account. This is mandatory as course information will be sent directly to their contact details and access to pre- and post-course activities as well as activities during the course is only possible when the surgeon(s) have personal access to the email address that is used for the login (verification code, password). Those activities are mandatory to receive a certificate.
