How to Print Event Details as a PDF

Purpose

You can now download a professional event brochure directly from the event page.

How to Use

  1. Open the Event Page.

  2. Click the new “Print Details” button.

  3. A PDF brochure will be generated and downloaded automatically.

  4. The PDF includes:

    • Event Details

    • Agenda

    • Faculty list (with disclosures)

    • Event Terms

    • AO World content

    • Commercial partners

Notes

  • The PDF follows AO’s official design template.

  • Available to all users (staff, faculty, participants).
