I have multiple AO accounts. Who do I contact to merge them?

If you have multiple AO accounts and would like to merge them, please create a ticket Request profile merges - AO Support & Requests - Jira Service Management (atlassian.net)

A staff member will contact and assist you.

In the ticket, please provide us the following details: your full name, your clinical division, the e-mail address you would like to keep active, and which e-mail address you would like to merge.
